At Yukiumi Hokkaido, we are always looking for people who feel at home in the mountains.
At Yukiumi Hokkaido, this isn’t just a seasonal job. It’s a way of living shaped by snow, nature, and the rhythm of Hokkaido.
We run small lodges, backcountry tours, and a local bar/restaurant — where every detail matters. From how we welcome guests, to the atmosphere we create after a long day in the mountains.
Yukiumi Hokkaido is built around a simple idea — creating meaningful experiences in the “Sea of Snow”.
We’re a small team, and we value people who take ownership and care about what they do.
We’re not looking for perfect CVs — we’re looking for the right mindset.
Experience helps — but attitude and responsibility matter more.
Life here is shaped by the mountains. Days change with the weather, the snow, and the guests.
It’s not always easy — but it’s rewarding.
